In my artist’s book, I embark on a unique journey, rejecting conventional papers and painting directly onto the hard case, transforming it into a vibrant canvas. These books go beyond being mere covers; they serve as lively frames adorned with a rich tapestry of colors and history. While concealing the pages within, they simultaneously reveal a mysterious and private artistic narrative. This collection is not just about poems, personal writings, and abstractions; it is a compilation of emotions and experiences. Some books are meticulously crafted with handmade paper and corn paper, integrating significant elements that enhance their visual and tactile appeal. The inclusion of unreadable writings adds an enigmatic touch, making these books akin to personal memories—a contemplation on the transient nature of life.
